• UV-Vis spectrophotometric analysis for concentration determination, enzyme kinetics, and food/drug quality testing.
• DNA/RNA quantification, PCR amplification, and molecular diagnostics using Thermocyclers, NanoDrop, and Gel Documentation systems.
• ELISA-based antigen/antibody detection and high-throughput screening using microplate readers and washers.
• Microbial culture, sensitivity testing, and sterilization using incubators, biosafety cabinets, and autoclaves.
• Moisture content determination in agricultural and food products using digital Moisture Analyzers.
